Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These Terms govern use of the Rook Platform, made by Rook AI ("Rook", "we", "us"). By using it you agree to these Terms. If you use Rook for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business. A separate written agreement with a business, if there is one, takes priority over these Terms.
The platform
Rook works on top of a car wash's own point of sale and connected accounts to sell memberships online, let members manage their plans, recover declined cards, send texts and email, and build and run the wash's ad audiences and campaigns, measured against holdout groups.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
Connected accounts and approvals
A business connects its own point of sale, ad, analytics and other accounts and can disconnect them at any time. The business stays the owner of those accounts and pays its own ad spend and payment fees directly to those providers. Rook prepares changes and makes them only within the permissions the business sets; changes to the point of sale, new ad spend and messages to customers need the business's approval. The business is responsible for the offers, prices and messages it approves, and for having its customers' consent to the texts and email sent for it.
Texts
Texts sent through Rook go only to people who agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Don't access data you aren't authorized to see, interfere with the platform, send messages without consent, or use Rook to break any law or anyone's rights, or any connected provider's terms.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information, including data from Google and other connected services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Forecasts, recommendations and drafts are produced with automated systems and may contain errors; they assist the business's judgment and don't replace it. To the fullest extent the law allows, Rook is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will update the date above and give notice where appropriate. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept it.
